# Error code fail (-1) non specific error

Al abrir una conexión SSH en Remote Desktop Manager, puede aparecer el siguiente mensaje de error: `An unexpected error has occurred: Error code FAIL (-1) non specific error`.

### Solución

Remote Desktop Manager cuenta ahora con una selección de algoritmos para el tipo de sesión SSH. Tenga en cuenta que los no seguros no están habilitados de forma predeterminada. Por lo tanto, le recomendamos que compruebe los algoritmos directamente en su servidor por motivos de seguridad. De lo contrario, puede seguir los pasos indicados a continuación para resolver este problema.

En la pestaña ***Avanzado*** de su sesión, establezca la opción ***Compatibilidad con algoritmos*** en ***Personalizado*** y marque el o los que falten en la lista.

Puede ser necesario reiniciar Remote Desktop Manager para que las soluciones surtan efecto.

También es posible reactivar globalmente todos los algoritmos en Remote Desktop Manager a través del menú ***Archivo – Configuración – Tipos de entrada – Sesiones – Terminal – Compatibilidad con algoritmos***.

Si aún no puede conectarse después de habilitar el algoritmo, vaya a la pestaña ***Propiedades – Avanzado*** de la entrada y marque ***Omitir la configuración de variables de entorno***.
