# Problemas con BeyondTrust

### Problema 1

System.uriformatexception: invalid uri: the format of the uri could not be determined.

#### Solución

En el campo ***Host*** de la entrada BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard, asegúrese de introducir el nombre del servidor como <https://beyondtserver>.

No introduzca la dirección IP del servidor. Introducir la dirección IP en lugar del nombre del servidor devolverá este error.

### Problema 2

System.net.webexception: the remote server returned an error: (404)

#### Solución

En el campo ***Host*** de la entrada BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard, asegúrese de introducir el nombre del servidor como <https://beyondtserver>.

No introduzca la URL web para acceder a la consola desde un navegador web, por ejemplo <https://beyondtserver/eEye.RetinaCS.Server/PasswordSafe>.

### Problema 3

Not found system.net.webexception: the remote server returned an error: (500) internal server error.

#### Solución

En el campo ***Host*** de la entrada BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard, asegúrese de introducir el nombre del servidor como <https://beyondtserver>.

No introduzca la URL web para acceder a la consola desde un navegador web, por ejemplo <https://beyondtserver/eEye.RetinaCS.Server/PasswordSafe>.

### Problema 4

System.net.webexception: the remote server returned an error: (401) unauthorized.

#### Solución

En el campo de clave ***Application API*** de la entrada BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard, asegúrese de haber introducido la clave adecuada.

### Problema 5

Beyond Trust Password Safe o BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard está vacío y no se devuelve ningún error.

#### Solución

Asegúrese de que la opción de acceso ***Enable for API*** esté marcada para su cuenta privilegiada en BeyondTrust.
