# Problemas de conexión con Azure SQL

Aquí tiene una lista de validación para ayudarle a resolver los problemas cuando falla el inicio de sesión y la conexión con Azure SQL en Remote Desktop Manager.

* ¿Se añadió/creó el usuario en Remote Desktop Manager?
* ¿La ortografía del nombre de usuario en Azure y en Remote Desktop Manager es la misma?
* ¿La ortografía del nombre de la base de datos en Azure y en Remote Desktop Manager es la misma?
* Compare la configuración del espacio de trabajo con una que funcione de otro usuario en ***Archivo – Espacios de trabajo***.
  * Si sigue fallando, [exporte e importe la configuración del espacio de trabajo (.rdd)](/rdm/es/getting-started/workspaces/import-and-export-a-workspace.md) del usuario que funciona.
  * Pida al usuario para el que funciona que inicie una conexión con sus credenciales. Al hacerlo, se confirmará que se puede establecer una conexión con la base de datos de Azure desde esta instancia de Remote Desktop Manager.
    * Si funciona, cambie las credenciales en Remote Desktop Manager por las del usuario que fallaba inicialmente y vuelva a probar con estas credenciales.
    * Si no funciona, instale SSMS e intente conectarse con el mismo usuario que falla y el mismo método de autenticación para validar que se puede establecer una conexión con la base de datos de Azure.
