# Problemas con el servicio de optimización del entorno de ejecución de .NET

Algunos usuarios tendrán un problema en Windows 7 con Remote Desktop Manager y recibirán el siguiente mensaje de error:

.NET Runtime Optimization Service (clr\_optimization\_v4.0.30319\_64) - 1>Failed to compile: C:\Program Files (x86)\Devolutions\Remote Desktop Manager Free\Embedded32.exe Error code = 0x80131f07

### Solución 1

Si es posible, actualice su versión de Windows 7. Microsoft 7 SP1 sí admite NET 4.8, pero la fecha de finalización de las [actualizaciones de seguridad extendidas (ESU)](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/windows-7-eos-faq/windows-7-extended-security-updates-faq) de Windows es enero de 2023.

### Solución 2

Utilice el modo de compatibilidad como solución alternativa.

1. Haga clic con el botón derecho en el acceso directo de Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Seleccione ***Propiedades*** en el menú contextual.
3. Haga clic en la pestaña ***Compatibilidad***.
4. Marque ***Ejecutar este programa en modo de compatibilidad para***.
5. Seleccione la versión de Windows en el menú desplegable.
6. Haga clic en ***Aceptar***.
