# Configuración de la entrada de panel de Salesforce Cloud

La entrada ***Salesforce Cloud dashboard*** permite una gestión centralizada y simplificada de sus hilos de Salesforce sin salir de Remote Desktop Manager Windows. Los usuarios del panel pueden buscar casos concretos, filtrar aquellos que les han sido asignados, abrir casos, crear hilos y nuevos mensajes, y mucho más.
