# Gestionar variables personalizadas

Cree y gestione variables personalizadas en Remote Desktop Manager a nivel de aplicación, bóveda o sistema para utilizarlas en entradas y espacios de trabajo.

Remote Desktop Manager dispone de listas de todas las variables personalizadas, que pueden crearse, modificarse o eliminarse en tres ubicaciones diferentes según su uso previsto.

1. En ***Fichero*** – ***Configuración*** – ***Aplicaciones*** – ***Variables personalizadas***: cada variable personalizada requiere al menos un ***Nombre*** y un ***Valor***. Son específicas de cada usuario y pueden utilizarse en todos los espacios de trabajo.
2. En ***Administración*** – ***Configuración de la bóveda*** – ***Vista*** – ***Variables***: cada variable personalizada requiere al menos un ***Nombre***, un ***Valor*** y una ***Descripción***. Todos los usuarios que tengan acceso a la ***Configuración de la bóveda*** pueden verlas y utilizarlas, pero solo pueden emplearse en esa bóveda concreta.
3. En ***Administración*** – ***Configuración del sistema*** – ***Común*** – ***Variables personalizadas***: cada variable personalizada requiere al menos un ***Nombre***, un ***Valor*** y una ***Descripción***. Todos los usuarios que tengan acceso a la ***Configuración de la bóveda*** pueden verlas y utilizarlas, pero solo pueden emplearse en ese espacio de trabajo concreto.
