# Cargar desde la información del sistema

La función ***cargar desde información del sistema*** le permite ver la configuración de una entrada, lo que resulta útil si tiene un gran número de ordenadores.

Puede acceder a esta función haciendo clic derecho en una entrada y accediendo a ***Propiedades*** – ***Activo*** – ***Cargar desde información del sistema***.

### Error de información de la BIOS

* Las sesiones deben ser RDP.
* La estación debe estar en el mismo dominio.
* Las credenciales deben estar en la sección ***Herramientas*** de la sesión y ser correctas.
* Pruebe las solicitudes WMI directamente desde la estación para comprobar si la comunicación funciona.

### Error al obtener información de los productos

Clase WMI no válida o no se encuentra la clase WMI en Windows Server 2003. En Windows Server 2003, Win32\_Product no está habilitado de forma predeterminada.
