# Nivel de registros detallados en SSH Shell

Cuando surge un problema con una sesión de SSH Shell, el soporte podría requerir que le envíe un ***Registro detallado***. Existen distintos niveles de detalle:

* Nivel 1: Información sobre las trazas de la conexión.
* Nivel 2: Información sobre las trazas de la conexión y depuración más profunda.
* Nivel 3: Información sobre las trazas de la conexión, depuración más profunda y depuración de los mensajes de error comunes.
* Nivel 4: Información sobre las trazas de la conexión, depuración más profunda, depuración de los mensajes de error comunes y detalle de cada paquete transmitido.

En general, requeriremos un ***Registro detallado*** configurado en el nivel 2.
