# Enviar registros de la aplicación

En algunos casos, el equipo de Devolutions necesitará sus registros de la aplicación para ayudar a reproducir un problema específico.

### Enviar sus registros de la aplicación

1. Antes de enviarlos, establezca el ***nivel de depuración en 1*** haciendo clic en el ***Profiler*** de la pestaña ***Ayuda***.
2. Después, haga clic en ***Registros de la aplicación***.
3. Vaya a la pestaña ***Informe*** y haga clic en ***Enviar al soporte***.
4. Rellene su información de contacto junto con una explicación completa del problema y pulse ***Aceptar***.
