# Localizar el fichero de configuración
En algunos casos, el equipo de Devolutions necesitará su fichero de configuración para ayudar a reproducir un problema concreto.

### Encontrar y enviar su fichero de configuración
#### Método 1: usando Remote Desktop Manager
1. En Remote Desktop Manager, abra ***Archivo – Configuración – Avanzado***.
2. Vaya a la pestaña ***Información***, verá un hipervínculo azul; púlselo para que se abra el Explorador de Windows con el fichero correspondiente seleccionado.
#### Método 2: usando el sistema de ficherosTenga en cuenta que este ejemplo asume que Remote Desktop Manager se instaló con la configuración predeterminada.
1. Pulse Windows+R.
2. Escriba "**%LOCALAPPDATA%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager**" en la ventana ***Ejecutar*** y pulse ***OK***.
3. En la carpeta, localice el fichero **RemoteDesktopManager.cfg**.
4. Contacte con nuestro equipo de atención al cliente en para obtener un enlace seguro con el que subir el fichero.
