# Entrada de consola de Google Workspace

Configure la entrada de la consola de Google Workspace en Remote Desktop Manager para gestionar usuarios, grupos y unidades organizativas directamente desde la aplicación.

La entrada de la consola de Google Workspace permite gestionar directamente los recursos de Google Workspace (usuarios, grupos y [unidades organizativas](https://support.google.com/a/answer/4352075?hl=en)) desde Remote Desktop Manager, agilizando el flujo de trabajo de administración y simplificando la gestión de accesos y el uso compartido.

### Configuración

1. Añada una nueva entrada en Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Vaya a ***Sesión*** y seleccione ***Google Workspace***.
3. Introduzca el nombre y seleccione una carpeta.
4. Elija el tipo de credenciales.
5. Autentique el ***Estado de la cuenta*** haciendo clic en ***Validar***.

| **Propiedades**            | Ver y editar las propiedades del usuario, grupo o unidad organizativa seleccionados. Al hacer doble clic también se abre el menú de propiedades. |
| **Restablecer contraseña** | Restablecer la contraseña de la cuenta del usuario seleccionado.                                                                                 |
| **Suspender/Reactivar**    | Suspender o reactivar la cuenta del usuario seleccionado sin eliminarla.                                                                         |
| **Grupos**                 | Gestionar las pertenencias a grupos del usuario seleccionado añadiéndolo o eliminándolo de los grupos.                                           |
| **Miembros**               | Añadir o eliminar usuarios del grupo seleccionado.                                                                                               |
