# Modo sin conexión de Devolutions Cloud

Siga los pasos para aprender a habilitar el [modo offline](/rdm/es/getting-started/workspaces/offline-mode.md) para un [workspace de Devolutions Cloud](https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/es/getting-started/workspaces/workspace-types/native-workspaces/devolutions-cloud?tab=windows).

#### Configuración del modo offline de la cuenta de usuario

Para permitir que una cuenta de usuario utilice el modo offline, vaya a ***Administration*** – ***Users*** – ***Edit*** y haga clic en ***Allow offline***.

#### Información del workspace

Para tener una descripción general de la configuración del workspace, abra la [información del workspace](/rdm/es/ribbon-menu-bar/file/my-workspace-information.md) desde ***File - My workspace information*** en Remote Desktop Manager.

#### Pasar a modo offline

Remote Desktop Manager solicitará el modo offline cuando la aplicación no pueda conectarse al workspace. El modo offline también se puede activar manualmente desde ***File*** – ***Go offline*** o haciendo clic en el botón ***Go offline*** situado en el panel inferior (solo Windows).
