# Lokaler Recorder

Wenn Sie Probleme mit Remote Desktop Manager Windows haben, können Sie unserem Kundensupport-Team bei der Problembehandlung helfen, indem Sie ihm ein kurzes Video Ihres Problems senden. Starten Sie dies über die Funktion ***Lokaler Recorder*** im Menü ***Hilfe – Lokaler Recorder***.

Der ***Lokale Recorder*** ist ein benutzerfreundlicher integrierter Bildschirmrecorder, der sogar für Ihre internen Schulungen nützlich sein kann, da er nicht auf Remote Desktop Manager beschränkt ist.

### Einstellungen

Die Optionen für die lokale Aufzeichnung verwenden das MP4-Format, das bei Vanilla-Installationen von Windows nicht unterstützt wird. Wenn Sie Schwierigkeiten beim Ansehen des Videos haben, empfehlen wir dringend die Verwendung eines [VLC-Players](http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html).
