# Ihr Gerät ist mit dieser Version nicht kompatibel

Bei Google Play kann die Warnung „Ihr Gerät ist nicht mit dieser Version kompatibel" die Installation von Remote Desktop Manager verhindern. Die Warnung erscheint, weil das Gerät nicht zertifiziert ist. Führen Sie zur Behebung die folgenden Schritte aus:

1. Gehen Sie in der Google Play-App zu ***Einstellungen*** – ***Info*** – ***Play Protect-Zertifizierung***.
2. Tippen Sie auf ***Geräteproblem beheben***.
