# Einträge können nicht exportiert werden

Einträge können in Remote Desktop Manager trotz Administratorrechten nicht exportiert werden, oder es erscheint die Fehlermeldung: ***No entry to export***.

### Lösung

Überprüfen Sie alle folgenden Einstellungen und Richtlinien, damit der Export funktioniert.

1. Überprüfen Sie, ob diese Richtlinien unter ***Hilfe - Diagnose - Richtlinie*** deaktiviert sind. Wenn sie aktiviert sind, siehe [Richtlinien anwenden](/rdm/de/knowledge-base/how-to-articles/apply-policies-gpos.md), um sie zu verwalten.

* ***Funktion zum Anzeigen von Passwörtern deaktivieren***
* ***Möglichkeit, Passwörter zu sehen, vollständig entfernen***

2. Überprüfen Sie, ob ***Anzeigen von Passwörtern für Administratoren und autorisierte Benutzer erlauben*** unter ***Administration - Systemeinstellungen - Passwortrichtlinie - Erweitert*** aktiviert ist.
3. Wählen Sie unter ***Datei – Datenquellen*** die Datenquelle aus und klicken Sie auf ***Datenquelle bearbeiten***.
4. Überprüfen Sie, ob ***Anzeigen von Passwörtern deaktivieren*** auf der Registerkarte ***Erweitert*** deaktiviert ist (nicht alle Datenquellen verfügen über diese Option).
