# Verbindung zur Datenquelle nicht möglich

Beim Versuch, eine Verbindung zu einer Microsoft SQL Server-Datenquelle in Remote Desktop Manager herzustellen, kann diese Fehlermeldung auftreten:

`A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake.`

Wahrscheinlich ist Ihr SQL Server mit einem selbstsignierten Zertifikat konfiguriert, das Sie nicht in Ihrem Zertifikatspeicher haben.

### Lösung

Fügen Sie entweder das Zertifikat Ihrem Zertifikatspeicher hinzu oder konfigurieren Sie Remote Desktop Manager so, dass dem Zertifikat vertraut wird. Befolgen Sie die folgenden Schritte für die Konfiguration von Remote Desktop Manager:

1. Wählen Sie Ihre Datenquelle im ***Navigationsbereich*** aus.
2. Gehen Sie zu ***Datei – Datenquellen*** und klicken Sie dann auf ***Datenquelle bearbeiten***.
3. Klicken Sie auf der Registerkarte ***Erweitert*** auf ***Weitere Einstellungen***.

1. Scrollen Sie nach unten zur Einstellung ***TrustServerCertificate*** und setzen Sie ihren ***Wert*** auf "true".

1. Klicken Sie in allen Fenstern auf ***OK***, um Ihre Änderungen zu speichern, und versuchen Sie dann erneut, eine Verbindung herzustellen.
