# Registerkarten erscheinen leer und Remote Desktop Manager reagiert nicht mehr

In Remote Desktop Manager können Registerkarten, die eingebettete Webinhalte anzeigen, leer erscheinen, wenn sich die Anzeigeskalierung ändert, während die Anwendung läuft. In solchen Fällen kann die Anwendung nicht mehr reagieren. Das Problem tritt in der Regel beim Trennen von Bildschirmen oder bei der Verwendung einer Dockingstation auf. Dieser Fehler entsteht durch Einschränkungen in [WebView2](https://crushonme.github.io/2023/05/23/Webview2-stop-working-after-system-DPI-changed), da Remote Desktop Manager derzeit nicht den Modus für die monitorspezifische DPI-Erkennung verwendet.

### Ändern der Einstellungen für hohe DPI-Werte

1. Navigieren Sie im Windows-Datei-Explorer zu ***%programfiles%\Devolutions\Remote Desktop Manager***.
2. Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf **RemoteDesktopManager.exe** und wählen Sie ***Eigenschaften***.
3. Wechseln Sie zur Registerkarte ***Kompatibilität***.
4. Klicken Sie auf ***Hohe DPI-Einstellungen ändern***.
5. Im Abschnitt ***Programm-DPI***:
   1. Aktivieren Sie ***Diese Einstellung verwenden, um Skalierungsprobleme für dieses Programm zu beheben, anstatt die Einstellung in "Einstellungen" zu verwenden***.
   2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die zweite Einstellung auf ***Ich melde mich bei Windows an*** gesetzt ist.
6. Klicken Sie auf ***OK***, um die Änderungen zu speichern.
7. Starten Sie Remote Desktop Manager neu.
