# Sitzungswerkzeuge

Wenn Sie versuchen, ***Computerverwaltung*** zu verwenden, erhalten Sie den Fehler `Access is denied(5)`.

### Lösung

Damit dies funktioniert, müssen Sie im Tab ***Management Tools*** der RDP-Sitzung die Option ***Use default credentials*** auswählen.

Wenn dies Ihr Problem nicht löst, sind bei Ihrer Sitzung wahrscheinlich ***User-specific settings*** aktiviert.

Dies kann nützlich sein, wenn Sie Tools wie die folgenden verwenden:

* Hyper-V
* Ereignisanzeige
* Computerverwaltung
* Windows-Dienste

Wenn dies häufig benötigt wird, empfehlen wir Ihnen, die ***Default Settings*** des Eintragstyps zu ändern. Mit dieser Änderung verwenden alle neuen Sitzungen die angegebenen Anmeldeinformationen, wenn ein Tool gestartet wird.
