# RPC-Fehlerbehebung

Der RPC-Server ist nicht verfügbar (Ausnahme von HRESULT: 0X800706BA)

Dieser Fehler kann im normalen Betrieb von Remote Desktop Manager auftreten. Die Hauptursachen sind die Netzwerkkonnektivität oder gestoppte Windows-Dienste.

### Lösung

1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Host korrekt identifiziert ist (Name oder IP-Adresse) und dass er tatsächlich ausgeführt wird und Netzwerkverkehr annimmt.
2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Host-Firewall eingehenden Verkehr für Windows Management Instrumentation zulässt.
3. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die folgenden Dienste gestartet und auf den Starttyp „Automatisch“ eingestellt sind.

* TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper
* Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
* Windows Management Instrumentation
