# Angeforderter Vorgang kann nicht abgeschlossen werden

Remote Desktop Manager Windows kann einfrieren, eine Fehlermeldung anzeigen oder unerwartet abstürzen. Der folgende Fehler erscheint:

"The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation".

### Lösung

Ändern Sie den ***Registrierungs-Editor***, um die lokale Sicherung des Master-Schlüssels ohne einen Read-Write Domain Controller (RWDC) zu erlauben. Führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus:

1. Öffnen Sie den ***Registrierungs-Editor*** und navigieren Sie zum folgenden Schlüssel:

   `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Protect\Providers\df9d8cd0-1501-11d1-8c7a-00c04fc297eb`
2. Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf den Schlüssel und erstellen Sie einen neuen DWORD-Wert (32-Bit) mit dem Namen `ProtectionPolicy`.
3. Setzen Sie den Wert von `ProtectionPolicy` auf ***1***.

Diese Änderung sollte das Problem sofort beheben und erfordert keinen Neustart von Remote Desktop Manager.
