# Rotes „X“ im Navigationsbereich oder in der Anmeldeinformationsliste

Es erscheint ein rotes "X" im ***Navigationsbereich*** oder in der Anmeldeinformationsliste.

### Lösung

Es gibt einige Dinge, die Sie versuchen können, um das rote X zu entfernen.

Gehen Sie zunächst zur Registerkarte ***Fenster*** und klicken Sie auf ***Layout zurücksetzen***.

Falls das nicht funktioniert, schließen Sie Remote Desktop Manager, navigieren Sie dann zu **%localappdata%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager** und löschen Sie jede Datei mit der Erweiterung .lyt.

Wenn keine dieser Methoden hilft, verschieben Sie den Ordner **RemoteDesktopManager** von localappdata auf Ihren Desktop, deinstallieren Sie dann Remote Desktop Manager, starten Sie Ihren Computer neu und installieren Sie Remote Desktop Manager erneut. Sobald Sie Remote Desktop Manager wieder öffnen, sollte das rote X verschwunden sein.
