# Microsoft RDP-Protokollfehler

`Because of a protocol error, this session will be disconnected. Please try connecting to the remote computer again.`

### Lösung 1

1. Gehen Sie in den Eigenschaften der RDP-Sitzung zu ***Common – General***.
2. Deaktivieren Sie unter der Registerkarte ***Experience*** die Optionen ***Persistent bitmap caching*** und ***Visual styles***.

3. Klicken Sie unten auf ***OK***, um Ihre Änderungen zu speichern.

### Lösung 2

1. Schließen Sie Remote Desktop Manager
2. Benennen Sie die Datei "default.rdp" in ***Eigene Dateien*** in "default.old" um.
3. Starten Sie Remote Desktop Manager neu und versuchen Sie, sich mit RDP zu verbinden.

### Lösung 3

1. Melden Sie sich an der Zielmaschine an, indem Sie direkt zur Konsole dieses Servers gehen oder ein Tool wie VNC verwenden, damit wir Zugriff auf diese Maschine erhalten.
2. Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf den Desktop.
3. Wählen Sie die ***Eigenschaften***.
4. Öffnen Sie das Dropdown-Menü ***Designs*** und wählen Sie ein anderes als das aktuelle aus.
5. Klicken Sie auf ***Übernehmen*** und dann auf ***OK***.
6. Verbinden Sie sich remote mit der Maschine.
