# Microsoft RDP-Lizenzierungsprotokollfehler

Wenn Sie sich mit einer Remote-Arbeitsstation verbinden, erhalten Sie einen der unten aufgeführten Fehler.

The remote computer disconnected the session because of an error in the licensing protocol.
Please try connecting to the remote computer again or contact your server administrator.

Please run remote desktop client with elevated privileges.

### Lösung 1

1. Schließen Sie Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Navigieren Sie zu **%localappdata%\Devolutions**.
3. Verschieben Sie den Ordner **RemoteDesktopManager** auf Ihren Desktop.
4. Starten Sie Remote Desktop Manager neu.

### Lösung 2

Ändern Sie in ***Datei – Einstellungen – Typen – RDP*** die RDP-Engine auf ***RDP (FreeRDP Latest)***.

### Lösung 3

Versuchen Sie, die Option ***NLA*** unter der Registerkarte ***Verbindung*** in den ***Eigenschaften*** der Sitzung zu aktivieren/deaktivieren.

### Lösung 4

In einigen Fällen und manchmal abhängig vom Host-Betriebssystem kann die Einstellung ***CredSSP*** störend wirken. Ändern Sie ihren Wert in der Registerkarte ***Sitzungseigenschaften – Allgemein – Erweitert***.

### Lösung 5

Versuchen Sie, die Option ***Konsole öffnen*** in den ***Allgemein***-Einstellungen der ***Eigenschaften*** zu aktivieren/deaktivieren, und prüfen Sie, ob die Fehlermeldung verschwindet oder unverändert bleibt.
