# MFA-Yubikey funktioniert nicht bei Verwendung eines 1Password-Eintrags

Wenn Sie ein 1Password-Konto auf einer nicht-globalen Domäne (.ca, .eu) haben, schlägt die Yubikey-Aufforderung fehl, wenn sie eine Anmeldung an der globalen Domäne (.com) bei einem [1Password-Eintrag für Anmeldeinformationen](/rdm/de/knowledge-base/how-to-articles/configure-a-1password-entry-in-remote-desktop-manager.md) erwähnt.

### Lösung

1. Öffnen Sie Remote Desktop Manager
2. Erstellen oder wählen Sie den 1Password-Eintrag aus und gehen Sie zu den Eigenschaften.
3. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die ausgewählte Region für die nicht-globale Domäne des 1Password-Kontos dieselbe ist wie die globale Domäne und dass alle grundlegenden Informationen zur Konfiguration hinzugefügt wurden.
4. Klicken Sie auf ***Hinzufügen*** oder ***Aktualisieren***, um den Eintrag zu speichern.
