# MFA Yubikey funktioniert bei Verwendung eines 1Password-Eintrags nicht

Eine fehlschlagende MFA-Yubikey-Aufforderung bei einem 1Password-Eintrag mit einer nicht-globalen Domäne wird behoben, indem dessen Region an die globale .com-Domäne angepasst wird.

Wenn Sie ein 1Password-Konto auf einer nicht-globalen Domäne (.ca, .eu) haben, schlägt die Yubikey-Aufforderung fehl, wenn sie bei einem [1Password-Anmeldeinformationseintrag](/rdm/de/knowledge-base/how-to-articles/configure-a-1password-entry-in-remote-desktop-manager.md) eine Anmeldung bei der globalen Domäne (.com) erwähnt.

### Lösung

1. Öffnen Sie Remote Desktop Manager
2. Erstellen oder wählen Sie den 1Password-Eintrag und gehen Sie zu den Eigenschaften.
3. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die ausgewählte Region für die nicht-globale Domäne des 1Password-Kontos mit der globalen Domäne übereinstimmt und dass alle grundlegenden Informationen in der Konfiguration hinzugefügt sind.
4. Klicken Sie auf ***Hinzufügen*** oder ***Aktualisieren***, um den Eintrag zu speichern.
