# Verlorene MFA-Einstellung in der Remote Desktop Manager-Anwendung

Diese Lösung gilt, wenn Sie in Ihrer Remote Desktop Manager-Anwendung unter ***Datei*** – ***Einstellungen*** – ***Sicherheit*** ein MFA oder ein Anwendungspasswort eingerichtet haben und Ihr Telefon verloren haben oder sich selbst aus der Anwendung ausgesperrt haben.

### Lösung

1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Remote Desktop Manager vollständig geschlossen ist.
2. Wechseln Sie zum Konfigurationsordner von Remote Desktop Manager (standardmäßig `C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Devolutions`) und benennen Sie den Ordner `RemoteDesktopManager` in einen Namen um, der anzeigt, dass er nicht mehr verwendet werden soll, z. B. `RemoteDesktopManager.old`.
3. Starten Sie Remote Desktop Manager erneut. Dadurch wird automatisch ein neuer Ordner `RemoteDesktopManager` mit Standardkonfigurationen erstellt und Remote Desktop Manager verhält sich so, als wäre es neu installiert.
