# Verlorene MFA-Einstellung auf dem Devolutions Account

Wenn Sie die Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung (MFA) konfiguriert haben, aber nicht mehr auf Ihr Devolutions Account zugreifen können, beachten Sie die untenstehende Lösung, um den Zugriff wiederherzustellen.

### Lösung

[Wiederherstellungscodes wurden erstellt](https://docs.devolutions.net/portal/de/sign-in-and-security/multifactor-authentication#configure-sign-in-recovery-codes) im Rahmen des MFA-Konfigurationsprozesses. Sie sollten diese an einem sicheren Ort gespeichert haben. Klicken Sie beim Verbindungsversuch auf ***Connect with a different method*** und geben Sie einen der Wiederherstellungscodes ein.
