# Unerwarteter Fehler bei Keeper Enterprise

Bei Keeper Enterprise in Remote Desktop Manager kann es vorkommen, dass einige Benutzer diese Fehlermeldung erhalten: `An unexpected error has occurred. Please check the execution log`.

Dies kann auch auftreten, wenn Sie keine individuellen Anmeldungen bei Keeper, sondern eine Entreprise SSO-Domänenanmeldung verwenden.

### Lösung

Gehen Sie in der ***Keeper Admin***-Konsole zu ***Admin - Roles - User Enforcement Policy***, klicken Sie auf ***Enforcement Policies - Platform Restriction*** und aktivieren Sie ***Commander SDK***.
