# Ungültige Lizenz nach der Aktualisierung auf die neueste Version

Nach dem Update auf die neueste Version von Remote Desktop Manager können Lizenzen, die vor 2024 eingegeben wurden, ungültig werden. Dies lässt sich jedoch mit wenigen Klicks beheben.

### Lösung 1

1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie mit dem Internet verbunden sind, öffnen Sie Remote Desktop Manager und wechseln Sie zu ***Administration*** – ***Lizenzen***.
2. Wählen Sie die betroffene Produktlizenz aus und klicken Sie auf das Symbol ***Lizenz aktualisieren***.

### Lösung 2

1. Laden Sie die Produktlizenz als ***.lic***-Datei aus dem Devolutions Portal herunter.
2. Bearbeiten Sie die ungültige Lizenz unter ***Administration*** – ***Lizenzen***, klicken Sie dann auf die Schaltfläche ***Importieren*** und öffnen Sie Ihre ***.lic***-Datei. Klicken Sie auf ***Speichern***.
