# Windows-Abstürze in Citrix-Umgebungen

Wenn ein RDS-Server nach Anmeldeinformationen fragt, verwendet er eine adll, und wenn wir ihn zu oft von vielen Benutzern abfragen lassen, stürzt Windows ab.

### Lösung

Alle Sitzungen müssen so konfiguriert werden, dass sie die Windows-Abfrage nicht verwenden. In den Eigenschaften der Einträge:

1. Ändern Sie den Typ der Anmeldeinformationen auf ***Standard***.
2. Aktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen ***Immer nach Passwort fragen***.

Wenn Sie viele Einträge haben, die geändert werden müssen, folgen Sie diesen Schritten (eine Sicherung Ihrer Datenbank wird empfohlen):

1. Wählen Sie jede RDP-Sitzung aus, die Sie bearbeiten müssen (eine [Erweiterte Suche](/rdm/de/ribbon-menu-bar/view/search/advanced-search.md) kann verwendet werden).
2. Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste darauf und wählen Sie ***Bearbeiten – Bearbeiten (Sonderaktionen)***.

3. Wählen Sie ***Benutzerdefinierter Powershell-Befehl***.
4. Und geben Sie im nächsten Fenster den folgenden Text ein:

   ```powershell
   $connection.PromptCredentials = $true;
   $RDM.Save();
   ```
5. Klicken Sie auf ***OK***. Dann wird jede Sitzung mit der Abfrage nach Anmeldeinformationen konfiguriert.
