# Probleme mit BeyondTrust

### Problem 1

System.uriformatexception: invalid uri: the format of the uri could not be determined.

#### Lösung

Achten Sie darauf, im Feld ***Host*** des Eintrags BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard den Servernamen wie <https://beyondtserver> einzugeben.

Geben Sie nicht die IP-Adresse des Servers ein. Die Eingabe der IP-Adresse anstelle des Servernamens führt zu diesem Fehler.

### Problem 2

System.net.webexception: the remote server returned an error: (404)

#### Lösung

Achten Sie darauf, im Feld ***Host*** des Eintrags BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard den Servernamen wie <https://beyondtserver> einzugeben.

Geben Sie nicht die Web-URL ein, mit der Sie über einen Webbrowser auf die Konsole zugreifen, zum Beispiel <https://beyondtserver/eEye.RetinaCS.Server/PasswordSafe>.

### Problem 3

Not found system.net.webexception: the remote server returned an error: (500) internal server error.

#### Lösung

Achten Sie darauf, im Feld ***Host*** des Eintrags BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard den Servernamen wie <https://beyondtserver> einzugeben.

Geben Sie nicht die Web-URL ein, mit der Sie über einen Webbrowser auf die Konsole zugreifen, zum Beispiel <https://beyondtserver/eEye.RetinaCS.Server/PasswordSafe>.

### Problem 4

System.net.webexception: the remote server returned an error: (401) unauthorized.

#### Lösung

Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie im Schlüsselfeld ***Application API*** des Eintrags BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard den entsprechenden Schlüssel eingegeben haben.

### Problem 5

Beyond Trust Password Safe oder BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard ist leer und es wird kein Fehler zurückgegeben.

#### Lösung

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Option ***Enable for API*** access für Ihr privilegiertes Konto in BeyondTrust aktiviert ist.
