# Probleme mit dem .NET Runtime Optimization Service

Einige Benutzer haben unter Windows 7 ein Problem mit Remote Desktop Manager und erhalten die folgende Fehlermeldung:

### Lösung 1

Aktualisieren Sie, wenn möglich, Ihre Windows 7-Version. Microsoft 7 SP1 unterstützt NET 4.8, jedoch endet der Zeitraum der [Extended Security Updates (ESU)](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/windows-7-eos-faq/windows-7-extended-security-updates-faq) von Windows im Januar 2023.

### Lösung 2

Verwenden Sie den Kompatibilitätsmodus als Problemumgehung.

1. Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf die Verknüpfung von Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Wählen Sie ***Eigenschaften*** im Kontextmenü.
3. Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte ***Kompatibilität***.
4. Aktivieren Sie ***Programm im Kompatibilitätsmodus ausführen für***.
5. Wählen Sie die Windows-Version im Dropdown-Menü aus.
6. Klicken Sie auf ***OK***.
