# Aus Systeminformationen laden

Verwenden Sie die Funktion Aus Systeminformationen laden in Remote Desktop Manager, um Konfigurationsdetails von Einträgen auf Remote-Computern über RDP und WMI anzuzeigen.

Die Funktion ***Aus Systeminformationen laden*** ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Konfiguration eines Eintrags anzuzeigen, was nützlich ist, wenn Sie eine große Anzahl von Computern haben.

Die Funktion finden Sie, indem Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf einen Eintrag klicken und zu ***Eigenschaften*** – ***Asset*** – ***Aus Systeminformationen laden*** gehen.

### Fehler BIOS-Informationen

* Sitzungen müssen RDP sein.
* Die Station muss sich in derselben Domäne befinden.
* Die Anmeldeinformationen müssen im Abschnitt ***Tools*** der Sitzung vorhanden und korrekt sein.
* Testen Sie die WMI-Anfragen direkt von der Station aus, um zu prüfen, ob die Kommunikation funktioniert.

### Fehler beim Abrufen der Produktinformationen

Ungültige WMI-Klasse oder WMI-Klasse wird auf Windows Server 2003 nicht gefunden. Unter Windows Server 2003 ist Win32\_Product standardmäßig nicht aktiviert.
