# SSH-Shell-Protokolle und Verbose senden

Schritte zum Erfassen der ausführlichen Protokolle für eine SSH-Shell-Sitzung und zum Senden an das Kundensupport-Team.

1. Öffnen Sie die Eigenschaften Ihres ***SSH Shell***-Eintrags.
2. Gehen Sie zur Registerkarte ***Logs***.
3. Aktivieren Sie die Option ***Enable Logging***.
4. Setzen Sie ***Verbose*** auf die Zahl 2.
5. Wählen Sie ***Event*** als Ihren ***Log Mode***.

6. Geben Sie im Feld ***Log Path*** den Speicherort an, an dem Ihre Protokolle gespeichert werden, und klicken Sie auf ***OK***.
7. Starten Sie Ihre Sitzung.
8. Senden Sie die resultierende Protokolldatei per E-Mail an <service@devolutions.net> an den Support.
