# RDP-Protokolle von Remote Desktop Manager iOS an unser Kundensupport-Team senden

Befolgen Sie diese Schritte, um Sitzungsprotokolle aus Remote Desktop Manager iOS an unser Kundensupport-Team zu senden, wenn Sie ein Problem mit RDP feststellen.

1. Drücken Sie im Hauptbildschirm der Anwendung in der Symbolleiste auf ***Mehr*** und wählen Sie ***Einstellungen***.
2. Tippen Sie auf ***Sitzungen***.
3. Drücken Sie unter ***Sitzungen*** auf ***RDP***, um den Bildschirm der RDP-Einstellungen zu öffnen, und dann auf ***Protokollierung aktivieren***.
4. ***Starten*** Sie die RDP-Sitzung, um das Problem zu reproduzieren.
