# Die Konfigurationsdatei finden

In einigen Fällen benötigt das Devolutions-Team Ihre Konfigurationsdatei, um ein bestimmtes Problem nachzustellen.

### Ihre Konfigurationsdatei finden und senden

#### Methode 1 – Mit Remote Desktop Manager

1. Öffnen Sie in Remote Desktop Manager ***Datei – Einstellungen – Erweitert***.
2. Gehen Sie zur Registerkarte ***Information***. Dort sehen Sie einen blauen Hyperlink. Klicken Sie darauf, damit ein Windows Explorer mit der ausgewählten Datei geöffnet wird.

#### Methode 2 – Mit dem DateisystemBeachten Sie, dass in diesem Beispiel davon ausgegangen wird, dass Remote Desktop Manager mit den Standardeinstellungen installiert wurde.

1. Drücken Sie <kbd>Windows</kbd>+<kbd>R</kbd>.
2. Geben Sie "**%LOCALAPPDATA%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager**" im Fenster ***Ausführen*** ein und drücken Sie ***OK***.

3. Suchen Sie im Ordner die Datei **RemoteDesktopManager.cfg**.
