# Die Konfigurationsdatei exportieren und importieren

Die Konfiguration der Anwendung kann exportiert werden, um die Konfiguration in anderen Remote Desktop Manager-Instanzen zu replizieren.

Die von Ihnen ausgewählten Datenquellen-Konfigurationen werden mit den Anmeldeinformationen exportiert, wie sie derzeit konfiguriert sind. Wenn Sie eine Datei erstellen, um einen neuen Mitarbeiter einzurichten, müssen Sie darauf achten, Ihre Anmeldeinformationen nicht weiterzugeben. Für diesen Fall wird die Verwendung des [Custom Installer Service](/rdm/de/getting-started/installation/client/custom-installer-service.md) empfohlen.

1. Gehen Sie zu ***Datei – Einstellungen – Exportoptionen***.
2. Überprüfen Sie die Einstellungen und die Datenquellen, die Sie einbeziehen möchten, und klicken Sie auf ***Exportieren***.
3. Speichern Sie die Datei **RemoteDesktopManager.cfg** auf Ihrem Computer.
4. Um die Konfigurationsdatei zu importieren, gehen Sie zu ***Datei – Einstellungen – Importoptionen***.
5. Wählen Sie ***Aus einer anderen Datei importieren*** und wählen Sie die von Ihnen erstellte exportierte Datei **RemoteDesktopManager.cfg** aus.
6. Wählen Sie ***Die ausgewählte Konfigurationsdatei als neue verwenden*** und klicken Sie auf ***Anwenden***.
7. Starten Sie Remote Desktop Manager neu.
