# Microsoft SQL Server-Eintrag in Remote Desktop Manager konfigurieren

Ein Microsoft SQL Server-Eintrag fungiert als Dashboard für SQL-Datenbanken direkt in Remote Desktop Manager und macht damit die Installation von Microsofts SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) überflüssig. Die folgenden Aktionen werden unterstützt:

* Ausführen von SQL-Abfragen
* Auflisten von Datenbanken
* Erstellen/Löschen einer Datenbank
* Auflisten von Tabellen, Anzeigen von Inhalten und Bearbeiten
* Starten/Stoppen/Neustarten des SQL Server-Dienstes
* Verwalten von Logins; Erstellen, Bearbeiten, Löschen und Zurücksetzen von Passwörtern
* Verwalten von Rollen
* Protokolle anzeigen
* Agent und Jobs verwalten

Um einen Microsoft SQL Server-Eintrag zu erstellen, klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste in den Navigationsbereich und wählen Sie ***Neues Eintrag*** oder klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche ***Neuer Eintrag*** im Inhaltsbereich (***+***-Symbol). Wechseln Sie dann zum Abschnitt ***Remoteverwaltung*** und wählen Sie den Eintrag ***Microsoft SQL Server***.

Dieser einfache Eintrag hat nur wenige erforderliche Felder. Geben Sie zunächst einen ***Namen*** ein, dann den ***Host*** und wählen Sie, ob Sie die SQL Server-Anmeldeinformationen manuell oder automatisch mit integrierter Sicherheit eingeben möchten.
