# Anmod om adgang til en boks i Remote Desktop Manager

Lær, hvordan De anmoder om adgang til en offentlig boks i Remote Desktop Manager ved at sende en anmodning direkte til en administrator eller boksejer.

De kan anmode om adgang til en offentlig boks i Remote Desktop Manager. Følg trinnene nedenfor for at fuldføre en anmodning.

1. Hvis De har flere arbejdsområder i Remote Desktop Manager, skal De vælge et [avanceret arbejdsområde](/rdm/da/getting-started/workspaces/workspace-types/native-workspaces.md), der indeholder den boks, De vil have adgang til, i ***navigationsruden***.
2. I rullemenuen til valg af boks skal De klikke på ellipseknappen for at åbne et vindue til valg af boks.
3. Gå til fanen ***Anmod om boksadgang***.
4. Vælg den boks, De vil have adgang til, og klik derefter på ***Send adgangsanmodning*** (kaldes ***Send anmodning*** på macOS).

Hvis De bruger et arbejdsområde i Devolutions Cloud, skal De vælge en administrator / boksejer på listen, som anmodningen skal sendes til. For andre arbejdsområdetyper sendes anmodningen til alle administratorer og boksejere.

5. Skriv en kort meddelelse til godkenderen, der forklarer, hvorfor De vil have adgang til denne boks. Det er valgfrit, men vi anbefaler det, da det giver dem mulighed for at træffe en mere informeret afgørelse.
6. Klik på ***Send anmodning***, når De er færdig.
7. Der vises en meddelelse om, at anmodningen er sendt til godkenderen. Klik på ***OK*** for at få den til at forsvinde.

De skal nu vente på, at godkenderen svarer på Deres anmodning. Hvis anmodningen godkendes, vises boksen i rullemenuen til valg af boks sammen med de andre bokse, De allerede har adgang til.
