# Eksporter rapporter

Eksportér rapporter i Remote Desktop Manager fra kommandolinjen ved hjælp af filer med rapportindstillinger, ideelt til planlagt automatisering med batchfiler.

Funktionen ***Eksportér rapporter*** er en måde at udføre og eksportere rapporter på via en kommandolinje. De kan bruge denne funktion i en genvej eller i en batchfil og bruge Windows Opgavestyring til at udføre den.

De vil kunne eksportere Datarapport, Inventarrapport samt de fleste af de rapporter, der findes på vores liste Generér rapport, bortset fra Brug af adgangskoder.

### Indstillinger

For rapporter, der indeholder indstillinger, skal De begynde med at eksportere Deres rapportindstillinger for at oprette den `.rdr`-fil, som kommandolinjen bruger til at generere rapporterne. Her er en liste over rapporter, der indeholder indstillinger:

1. Gå til båndet i Remote Desktop Manager, og vælg ***Rapporter – Flere rapporter – Postoplysninger***. Klik på ***Eksportér indstillinger*** i tekstknappen ***Mere***. Det opretter en \*.rdr-fil, der indeholder alle Deres rapportindstillinger. Det er også her, Deres rapport-id findes (det bliver nyttigt senere).
2. I Deres Windows-kommandoprompt skal De angive følgende kommandolinje:

For at finde Deres arbejdsområde-id og den kommandolinje, der bruges til at starte Remote Desktop Manager, skal De redigere en af Deres sessioner fra Deres arbejdsområde og vælge ***Postoplysninger***.
