# Kan ikke fjerne eller opdatere Remote Desktop Manager

Ret fejl 1714 i Remote Desktop Manager, der blokerer afinstallation eller opdatering, ved at køre Microsofts fejlfinding til installation og fjernelse af programmer.

Dette problem opstår, når en bruger forsøger at opgradere eller afinstallere Remote Desktop Manager, og når afinstallation i Windows ***Kontrolpanel*** – ***Programmer*** – ***Programmer og funktioner*** ikke løser problemet.

### Løsning

Løsningen er at afinstallere Remote Desktop Manager helt ved hjælp af Microsofts værktøj [***Fejlfinding til installation og fjernelse af programmer***](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed-cca7d1b6-65a9-3d98-426b-e9f927e1eb4d).

For at opdatere en eksisterende forekomst skal Remote Desktop Manager geninstalleres. Bemærk, at Devolutions' afinstallationsproces ikke fjerner personlige data eller konfigurationer (placeret som standard i **%LOCALAPPDATA%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager**).

Hvis installationsprogrammet stadig rapporterer en fejl, skal De køre installationsprogrammet fra kommandolinjen med disse parametre tilpasset Deres miljø:

```
