# Kan ikke hente krypteringsoplysninger

Ret fejlen Failed to load sensitive options i Remote Desktop Manager ved at fjerne .cfg-filen sammen med de tilhørende krypteringsfiler.

Denne fejlmeddelelse vises, når konfigurationsfilerne til Remote Desktop Manager ikke kan indlæses: `Failed to load sensitive options, attempting to recover from backup`.

Det skyldes, at hovedkonfigurationsfilen til Remote Desktop Manager (`RemoteDesktopManager.cfg`) er blevet slettet eller udskiftet, uden at de tilknyttede krypteringsfiler også er blevet slettet eller udskiftet.

Når De klikker på ***OK***, får Remote Desktop Manager meddelelse på at duplikere sikkerhedskopien af kodningsfilen (`RemoteDesktopManager.enb`). Hvis sikkerhedskopien ikke kan indlæses eller ikke findes, vises en af følgende to meddelelser, som uddyber fejlen:

Be aware, this action will reset the data source configuration and its associated settings.
This problem frequently occurs when the application's configuration file is deleted or replaced, without addressing other related encryption files (.stb, .stv, .enc, .enb).

Bemærk, at hvis De vælger ***Ja*** her, genskabes kodningsfilen og dens krypteringsnøgler. Det forhindrer i praksis dekryptering af tidligere konfigurerede følsomme indstillinger som konfiguration af arbejdsområder, så de bliver ubrugelige.

### Løsning

Når De sletter `RemoteDesktopManager.cfg`, skal De også fjerne følgende filer (de ligger i C:\Users\unsername\AppData\Local\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager):

RemoteDesktopManager.stb
RemoteDesktopManager.enc
RemoteDesktopManager.enb
RemoteDesktopManager.bak
```

Når De udskifter `RemoteDesktopManager.cfg`, skal De også udskifte krypteringsfilerne. Indstillingen [Eksportér indstilling](/rdm/da/ribbon-menu-bar/file/settings/export-settings.md) i Remote Desktop Manager sikrer, at alle filer, der har med kryptering at gøre, er med i den eksporterede CFG-fil, så De ikke behøver at flytte dem manuelt. Indstillingen findes under ***Fil*** – ***Indstillinger*** – ***Eksportér indstillinger***.
