# Kan ikke oprette forbindelse til arbejdsområdet

Ret pre-login-handshake-fejlen for SQL Server i Remote Desktop Manager ved at have tillid til det selvsignerede certifikat eller føje det til Deres lager.

Når De prøver at oprette forbindelse til et Microsoft SQL Server-arbejdsområde i Remote Desktop Manager, kan De støde på denne fejlmeddelelse:

`A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake.`

Det er sandsynligt, at Deres SQL Server er konfigureret med et selvsigneret certifikat, som De ikke har i Deres certifikatlager.

### Løsning

Føj enten certifikatet til Deres lager, eller konfigurer Remote Desktop Manager til at have tillid til certifikatet. Følg trinnene nedenfor for konfigurationen i Remote Desktop Manager:

1. Vælg Deres arbejdsområde i ***navigationsruden***.
2. Gå til ***Fil – Arbejdsområder***, og klik derefter på ***Rediger arbejdsområde***.
3. På fanen ***Avanceret*** skal De klikke på ***Flere indstillinger***.
4. Rul ned til indstillingen ***TrustServerCertificate***, og sæt dens ***Værdi*** til "true".
5. Klik på ***OK*** i alle vinduerne for at gemme ændringerne, og prøv derefter at oprette forbindelse igen.
