# Fejlfinding

Fejlfind almindelige problemer i Remote Desktop Manager, herunder manglende tilknyttede drev, fejl ved indlæsning af assembly og indsætningsfejl, med trinvise rettelser.

### Problem 1

Mine tilknyttede netværksdrev er ikke tilgængelige, når jeg bruger Kør som administrator til at starte Remote Desktop Manager.

#### Løsning

Det skyldes Kontrol af brugerkonti (UAC), et indbygget sikkerhedslag i Windows. I praksis betragtes De som en anden bruger med andre præferencer, og de tilknyttede netværksdrev er en sådan præference.

For at få de samme tilknyttede drev har De et par muligheder:

1. Opret de samme tilknyttede drev igen fra en kommandoprompt med administratorrettigheder ved hjælp af kommandoen NET USE {DRIVENAME} {SHARENAME} /PERSISTENT:YES.
2. Ændring af Registry for at knytte forbindelser mellem kontiene.

### Problem 2

Could not load file or assembly "system.enterpriseservices.wrapper.dll or one of its dependencies". The system cannot find the path specified.

#### Løsning

Denne fejl skyldes en beskadiget installation af Microsoft .NET Framework. Se [Beskadiget systemfil](/rdm/da/knowledge-base/troubleshooting-articles/.net-corrupted-system-file.md) for at få flere oplysninger om, hvordan problemet løses.

### Problem 3

Mixed mode assembly is built against version 2.0.50727 of the runtime.

Dette bør kun forekomme på maskiner med udviklingsmiljøer, eller når .NET Framework er blevet installeret og fjernet flere gange.

#### Løsning

I **RemoteDesktopManager.exe.cfg**, som ligger i installationsmappen, skal De finde startup-elementet og tilføje attributten useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy.

Slutresultatet bør se sådan ud:

`<startup useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy="true">`

### Problem 4

Kan ikke indsætte i nogen felter i Remote Desktop Manager.

#### Løsning

Webroot SecureAnywhere AntiVirus kan forårsage problemet på grund af modulet Identity Protection. Sæt **remotedesktopmanager.exe** til ***Tillad***, så kan De indsætte i programmet igen.

### Problem 5

Alle mine sessioner åbnes i integreret og/eller ekstern tilstand.

#### Løsning

Det kan ændres ved at gå til ***Fil – Indstillinger – Brugergrænseflade – Navigationsrude – Standardhandling for forbindelse***.
