# Nulstil layout

Ret visningsproblemer og en frossen navigationsrude i Remote Desktop Manager Windows og macOS ved at nulstille vindueslayoutet eller slette .lyt-filer.

For effektivt at løse de fleste af Deres visningsproblemer i Remote Desktop Manager Windows skal De klikke på ***Vindue*** – ***Nulstil layout***.

Hvis navigationsruden er frosset og ikke reagerer, og knappen Nulstil layout ikke har løst det, er der en anden metode, De kan følge.

1. Luk Remote Desktop Manager Windows.
2. Åbn Stifinder, og gå til ***%localappdata%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager**.*
3. Slet ***filen RemoteDesktopManager.ext*** og alle filerne ***RemoteDesktopManagerLayout.lyt***.
4. Start Remote Desktop Manager Windows.

1. Åbn ***Finder***.
2. Klik på ***Gå*** i menuen.
3. Vælg ***Gå til mappe***.
4. Indsæt denne sti: **\~/Library/Application Support**.
5. Åbn mappen **com.devolutions.remotedesktopmanager** eller **com.devolutions.remotedesktopmanager.free**.
6. Find og slet filen RemoteDesktopManager.lyt eller RemoteDesktopManagerFree.lyt.

Start Remote Desktop Manager macOS.
