# Remote Desktop Manager går ned i versionerne 2024.1 til 2024.3

Ret nedbrud i Remote Desktop Manager i version 2024.1 til 2024.3 ved at opdatere afhængigheder, nulstille lokale data og justere sessionsindstillinger.

Brugere kan opleve uventede nedbrud i Remote Desktop Manager, når de kører version 2024.1 til 2024.3.

Før De går videre med avanceret fejlfinding, skal De sikre, at alle påkrævede afhængigheder er installeret korrekt, og at de almindelige afhjælpende handlinger er udført.

### Løsninger

#### Trin 1: kontrollér påkrævede afhængigheder

Bekræft, at følgende komponenter er installeret og ajour:

* [.NET Runtime](https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/): installer eller opdater til den nyeste version, eller reparer installationen.
* [Microsoft Edge WebView2](https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/?form=MA13LH): sørg for, at den nyeste version er installeret.

#### Trin 2: opdater Remote Desktop Manager

Sørg for, at De kører den nyeste tilgængelige version af Remote Desktop Manager. Nyere builds kan indeholde forbedringer af stabiliteten og rettelser af nedbrud, som ikke findes i tidligere versioner.

#### Trin 3: nulstil lokale data i Remote Desktop Manager

1. Luk Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Gå til `%localappdata%\\Devolutions`.
3. Omdøb mappen `Remote Desktop Manager` til `RemoteDesktopManager.old`.
4. Start Remote Desktop Manager igen.
5. Opret forbindelse til Deres arbejdsområde igen.

#### Trin 4: juster indstillinger i Remote Desktop Manager

* Under ***Fil – Indstillinger*** skal De sætte ***Ventefremgangstilstand*** til ***Statuslinje***.
