# Fejlfinding af offlinetilstand

Problemer med offlinetilstand i Remote Desktop Manager, herunder forældede poster og en beskadiget offline.db-fil, rettes ved at opdatere cachen eller slette filen.

### Problem 1

Manglende poster, eller slettede poster vises stadig.

#### Løsning

Deres offlinecache kan være ude af synkronisering med indholdet af arbejdsområdet. Tryk på <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>F5</kbd> for at opdatere den lokale cache.

### Problem 2

System.data.sqlite.sqliteexception (0x80004005): file is encrypted or is not a database.

#### Løsning

1. Offlinefilen (offline.db) skal slettes manuelt.
2. Klik på ***Fil – Oplysninger om mit arbejdsområde***.
3. Hold markøren over filstørrelsen. Den giver Dem den fulde filsti, noget i retning af: **%LocalAppData%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager\GUID-DatasourceID\offline.db**.
4. Luk Remote Desktop Manager.
5. Slet filen offline.db.
6. Genstart Remote Desktop Manager.

Det tvinger programmet til at genskabe offlinefilen.

1. Klik på ***Fil – Arbejdsområder*** og derefter på ***Rediger*** for Deres aktuelle arbejdsområde. Nederst til venstre finder De id'et for arbejdsområdet.
2. Luk Remote Desktop Manager macOS.
3. Åbn ***mappen Bibliotek*** ved at klikke på menuen ***Gå***, tryk på og hold Option-tasten på tastaturet nede, og vælg ***Bibliotek***.
4. Følg stien ***Application Support/com.devolutions.remotedesktopmanager/GUID-DatasourceID***, og slet filen ***offline.db***.
5. Genstart Remote Desktop Manager macOS.
