# Microsoft VPN

Forbindelsesfejl for Microsoft VPN i Remote Desktop Manager, herunder fejl 623 i fjernadgang, rettes ved at justere telefonbogsindstillingerne for RASDIAL eller RASPHONE.

Nogle gange skal De acceptere en meddelelse eller træffe et valg ved første brug, men det sker typisk kun første gang. Det gør det obligatorisk at køre kommandoen manuelt én gang på alle maskiner.

Hvis De har valgt at gemme PBK-filen i Remote Desktop Manager, udpakker vi den til %TMP%\RDM ved brug. Når De har forsøgt at oprette en forbindelse én gang, bør De se Deres telefonbog i den mappe.

Som standard bruger den RASDIAL. Hvad sker der, hvis De kører følgende ved kommandoprompten?

### Problem 1

**Remote Access error 623.**

Sørg for, at VPN-definitionsnavnet i telefonbogen indeholder et mellemrumstegn.

Adgangskode med anførselstegn.

#### Løsning

Anførselstegn (") er ikke et gyldigt tegn og bør ikke bruges i adgangskoden til en Microsoft VPN-post.
