# Protokolfejl i Microsoft RDP-licensering

Protokolfejl i Microsoft RDP-licensering i Remote Desktop Manager rettes ved at nulstille konfigurationsmappen, skifte RDP-program eller justere NLA-indstillinger.

Når De opretter forbindelse til en fjernarbejdsstation, får De en af fejlene nedenfor.

Please try connecting to the remote computer again or contact your server administrator.

Please run remote desktop client with elevated privileges.

### Løsning 1

1. Luk Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Gå til **%localappdata%\Devolutions**.
3. Flyt mappen **RemoteDesktopManager** til Deres skrivebord.
4. Genstart Remote Desktop Manager.

### Løsning 2

Under ***Fil – Indstillinger – Typer – RDP*** skal De ændre RDP-programmet til ***RDP (FreeRDP Latest)***.

Prøv at markere eller fjerne markeringen af valgmuligheden ***NLA***, som findes under fanen ***Forbindelse*** i sessionens ***Egenskaber***.

I nogle tilfælde, og nogle gange afhængigt af værtens operativsystem, kan indstillingen ***CredSSP*** forstyrre. Skift dens værdi under fanen ***Sessionsegenskaber – Generelt – Avanceret***.

Prøv at markere eller fjerne markeringen af valgmuligheden ***Åbn konsol***, og se, om fejlmeddelelsen forsvinder eller er den samme, under indstillingerne ***Generelt*** i ***Egenskaber***.
