# Fejlfinding af installationen af Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime

En mislykket installation af Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime til Remote Desktop Manager rettes ved at slette en bestemt Registry-nøgle før geninstallation.

Når De installerer Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime til Remote Desktop Manager, kan De få følgende fejlmeddelelse:

**Installationen mislykkedes. Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime er allerede installeret for systemet.**

### Løsning

Gennemtving geninstallation af programmet ved at slette en Registry-nøgle:

1. Åbn Windows Registry-editoren. Det gør De ved at trykke på tasterne <kbd>Windows</kbd>+<kbd>R</kbd> for at åbne dialogboksen Windows ***Kør***.
2. I dialogboksen skal De skrive "regedit" i feltet og derefter klikke på ***OK*** (eller trykke på <kbd>Enter</kbd>).
3. Kopiér følgende sti: **`HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate\Clients\{F3017226-FE2A-4295-8BDF-00C3A9A7E4C5}`**
4. I Registry-editoren skal De trykke på tasterne <kbd>Alt</kbd>+<kbd>D</kbd> og indsætte den tidligere kopierede sti. Tryk på <kbd>Enter</kbd>.
5. Højreklik på nøglen ***{F3017226-FE2A-4295-8BDF-00C3A9A7E4C5}***, og vælg ***Eksportér***.
6. Gem Registry-nøglefilen et sted, De kan huske, for eksempel i **C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView2**.
7. Højreklik på nøglen i Registry-editoren, og vælg ***Slet***.
