# Mistet den MFA, der er angivet på arbejdsområdet

Mistet MFA på et lokalt arbejdsområde i Remote Desktop Manager rettes ved at slette filerne RemoteDesktopManager.stv og .enc på Windows eller macOS.

### Løsning

1. Luk Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Find disse to filer, og slet dem. Hvis programmet blev installeret med standardindstillingerne, kan De finde filen i `%localappdata%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager`.

   * ***RemoteDesktopManager.enc***
3. Start Remote Desktop Manager.
